[Q] How is the 'activity' value in my toolbox calculated?
[ANS] The value consists of two parts (X+Z):

X - The first is taken from our logs, showing a percentage of your activity over the whole. This value should be very small. This is curved later but we show you the raw value in your toolbox because we think it's interesting and gives you an idea of how busy things are getting.

Z - The second value displays your "actions per minute" during your current session, based on our online_timeout value (how often you have to refresh before you're session expires and a new one must be created via your cookie for the site or by logging back in).
